200211845 <br />7. The accounting and report of the executrix from <br />October 8, 1970 to May 24, 1971 are correct and should be ap- <br />proved and allowed. The executrix has made no expenditures or <br />received no income since the date of the last report. <br />8. All court costs have been paid and the attorney's <br />fees as shown in the final report are approved and allowed. <br />9. The executrix has heretofore filed a computation of <br />State Inheritance Taxes in this estate, which valuations and com- <br />putations have been duly served upon the County Attorneys of the <br />counties involved herein and an order has heretofore been entered <br />confirming said inheritance taxes. <br />10. That at the time of his death., Lloyd L. Donaly was <br />the owner of the following described real estate: <br />a) An undivided one -half interest in and to the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 9, <br />Range 15 in Buffalo County, Nebraska. This real <br />estate was sold by the executrix during admin- <br />istration under the power of sale in paragraph 3 <br />of the Will and does not pass to any devisees <br />by the terms of the said Will. <br />b) The East one -half of Section 3, Township 3, Rang <br />14 in Franklin County, Nebraska. Pursuant to <br />the terms of the Will, this real estate passes <br />to Nellie B. Donaly for her life, with remainder <br />to Lynda Colette Jones. <br />c) The Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 10, <br />Range 11 in Hall County, Nebraska. Pursuant to <br />the Will, this property passes to Nellie B. <br />Donaly for her life, then to Jansen Vokoun for <br />her life, remainder to Patricia J. Vokoun, Susan <br />Michelle Vokoun, Michael Edward Vokoun, and Ron- <br />ald Frank Vokoun, equally share and share alike. <br />11. At the time of his death, decedent and his survi <br />wife, Nellie B. Donaly, were the owners of certain other property, <br />including a certain residental building lot in the State of Ariz- <br />ona, all as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and all of <br />said property as listed upon the inventory filed herein, passes <br />by reason of said ownership to Nellie B. Donaly. <br />12. After payment of all claims and expenses, State <br />Inheritance Taxes and Federal Estate Tax, the executrix has on <br />hand the sum of $19,834.11. From said sum, the executrix is dir- <br />ected to pay the County Treasurer of Gosper County the sum of <br />$61.55 for personal property taxes as set forth in the certificate <br />Erm <br />Exhibit I, Page 3 <br />
