DONALY, DECEASED <br />_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ <br />This matter came on for hearing this 26th day of <br />October , 1971 upon the final report and accounting and <br />the applicat,.ap;,of the executrix for approval of final report, <br />distribution of estate, determination of heirship, inheritance an( <br />estate taxes and for final settlement, and due and legal notice o. <br />hearing having been given as provided by law, and the court being <br />fully advised in the premises finds specifically as follows: <br />1. That this hearing has been continued from February <br />16, 1971 by order of the court. <br />2. That Lloyd L. Donaly died on September 1, 1970, a <br />resident of Gosper County, Nebraska, leaving a last Will and Tes <br />ament which was admitted to probate by this court on October 8, <br />1970• <br />3. Nellie B. Donaly was named executrix in such Will <br />and was appointed by the court on October 8, 1970. Having quali- <br />fied, Letters Testamentary were issued to her on October 8, 1970. <br />4. The decedent left him surviving as his sole and <br />heirs at law the following named persons: <br />NAME <br />KINSHIP <br />Nellie B. Donaly <br />Wife <br />Lynda Colette Jones <br />Daughter <br />Janeen Vokoun <br />Daughter <br />5. Each of the next of kin and heirs at law named in <br />paragraph. 4 are of legal age.
