200209370 <br />4. In lieu of property or alimony, the Petitioner shall <br />pay the sum of Forty Thousand and N01100 Dollars ($40,000.00) to <br />the Respondent. The Petitioner shall have the option of making <br />five annual payments of Eight Thousand and No /100 Dollars <br />($8,000.00) each beginning April 3, 1960. The principal balance <br />due shall draw interest at the rate of eight per cent per annum <br />beginning April 31 1979 and the interest to date shall be payable <br />on each annual principal payment date. <br />5. The social security payments for the children shall be <br />held in an interest bearing trust account for the benefit of the <br />children and the accumulated funds shall be delivered to the <br />children upon being terminated. The funds may be used for the <br />education of the children. <br />6. Petitioner is hereby ordered to pay the Court costs <br />including $500.00 to apply on Respondent's attorney fees. <br />7. Title to the following- described real estate is hereby <br />quieted in the Petitioner subject to encumbrance: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quarter (NE�NWe) of Section Eight (8), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th <br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described <br />as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE�M4); thence <br />Easterly along the North line of said Section Eight (8), a <br />distance of Seven Hundred Ninety -nine and Twelve Hundredths <br />(799.12) feet; thence deflecting right 90000' and running <br />Southerly a distance of Thirty -three (33.0) feet to a point <br />of curvature; thence Southwesterly along the arc of a curve <br />whose radius is One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty -three and <br />Five Tenths (1,383.5) feet (the long chord of which deflects <br />44054'40" right from the last described course and has a <br />length of One Thousand one Hundred Seventeen and Nine Tenths <br />(1,117.9) feet), an arc distance of One Thousand One Hundred <br />Forty -six and Ninety -seven Hundredths (1,146.97) feet, to a <br />point on the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NEaNWa); thence Northerly along the West <br />line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NEaNWN), a distance of Eight Hundred Twenty -four and <br />Seventy -five Hundredths (824.75) feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 5.647 acres more or less. <br />8.
