HENN <br />Case No. 70 -118 <br />DECREE OF DISSOLUTION <br />On this 3rd day of April, 1979, this matter came on for <br />final trial to the Court. The Petitioner was present and was <br />represented by his attorney, Vince Dowding. The Respondent was <br />present and was represented by her attorney, Tom Wagoner. Evi- <br />dence was presented by both parties and a stipulation was entered <br />into with reference to custody of the minor children of the <br />parties. Upon due consideration of the evidence, the Court finds <br />that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dis- <br />solved. The Court further finds that the stipulation of the <br />parties with reference to custody of the children should be <br />approved and that a property distribution should be made. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED <br />BY THE COURT as follows: <br />1. The marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent <br />is irretrievably broken and the marriage is hereby dissolved. <br />2. Custody of Joy L. Williams, born August 13, 1963; <br />Robert E. Williams, born March 14, 1965; William J. Williams, <br />born December 18, 1968; and Dwayne L. Williams, born March 13, <br />1970, is hereby awarded to the Petitioner. Respondent is hereby <br />granted the reasonable right of visitation including one week at <br />Christmas on odd numbered years and one month each summer, pro- <br />vided the Respondent gives the Petitioner at least two weeks <br />notice prior to the summer visitation. <br />3. Each of the parties shall keep the property in their <br />possession except that the Respondent shall return the C. B. <br />Base, S. W. R. meter, gold mirror and microwave oven to the Peti- <br />tioner. The Petitioner shall give to the Respondent the round <br />table and nine chairs, the antique library table and the shotgun. <br />-1- s;, ;'. >! <br />
