n n <br />� <br />z <br />R <br />y. <br />200208816 <br />C) <br />1 <br />ch <br />I IA <br />I I I I IU. <br />� N <br />ri <br />r� c: <br />�f N <br />ry <br />v> <br />L\ <br />ry <br />COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES AND COMMONS <br />ADDITION TO RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS <br />D <br />�a <br />r <br />D <br />Cn <br />Concord Development, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company ( "Developer "), is <br />the owner of the following- described real property: <br />Lots 1, 3 and 4, Crane Valley 4th Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska ( "Developer's Property'). <br />Pursuant to Paragraph 25 of the Restrictive Covenants recorded January 18, 2000, <br />as Instrument No. 0200000482, records of Hall County, Nebraska, Developer hereby adds <br />the Developer's Property to Commercial Properties, respectively, thereby establishing the <br />following Restrictive Covenants upon Developer's Property. <br />For purposes of these Restrictive Covenants, except as otherwise defined or the <br />context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meaning set forth below: <br />"Commercial Properties" shall mean Lots 1 and 2 of Block 1,and Lots <br />3 and 4 of Block 2, Crane Valley, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, Lots 1 and 2, Crane Valley 2nd Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Lots 2, 3 and 4, Crane Valley 4th Subdivision, <br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, Lots 1 and 2, Crane Valley 5th <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska and any Additional <br />Properties that may be added by the Developer in accordance with <br />Paragraph 25 below. <br />"Corporation" means Crane Valley Owners' Association, a Nebraska <br />nonprofit corporation which has been established for the purposes of <br />enforcing these Restrictive Covenants established upon the Commercial <br />Properties and administering, maintaining and, to the extent applicable, <br />owning the Commons and the Easements. <br />"Commons" shall mean Lot 5 of Block 1, Crane Valley, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Lot 1, Crane Valley 5th Subdivision, in <br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska and the median island on Diers Avenue, <br />Crane Valley, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together <br />with any other real estate [as defined in NEB. REV.
