Barnhill <br />422 West 8th <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />Wells Fargo Bank <br />f/k/a The Overland National Bank of Grand Island <br />304 West 3rd Street <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />which mailing of notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1007, Statutes of Nebraska, the Trustee gave written <br />notice of the time and place of sale particularly describing the property to be sold by publication of such <br />notice, commencing on May 23, 2002 and continuing once each week for five (5) consecutive weeks, the <br />last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of such <br />sale, in The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />which notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 29th day of May, <br />2002, the Trustee mailed, by certified mail, with postage prepaid, a copy of the notice of the time and <br />place of sale, addressed to the following interested parties, to -wit: <br />Kirk S. Barnhill <br />422 West 8th <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />which mailing of notice fully complied with the requirements of said statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1009, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 3rd day of July, 2002 <br />at 10:00 A.M., being the time and place designated in the Notice of Trustee's Sale, Arend R. Baack, <br />Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to Associates Financial Services Company <br />of Nebraska, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), being the highest bidder, for the sum of <br />$57,900.00, which sale fully complied with the requirements of said statute. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee, <br />and in consideration of the sum of $57,900.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Associates <br />Financial Services Company of Nebraska, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc.
