<br />The undemignod, RAY SAUNDERS and RAE ANN SAUNDERS, Husband and Wile, 
<br />(Grantors), in consideration of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY -SIX DOLLARS AND EIGHTEEN 
<br />CELTS (5756.18) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, revolved from the CITY OF 
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation (Grantee), receipt of which is hereby 
<br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, 
<br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation (grantee), a permanent and perpetual easement and right - 
<br />of-way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, replace, repair and reprove sidewalks and 
<br />hike /bike paths along the south side of the property located on the following described tract of 
<br />real estate: 
<br />Fourteen feet (14') within the south forty feet (40') of Lot Two (2), Saunders 
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, I Iall County, Nebraska. 
<br />The Granter's rights shall include all rights necessary for the full and complete use, 
<br />occupation and enjoyment of the easement herein granted, including the right In excavate and 
<br />refill ditches, to rcmovc bees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other obstructions interfering 
<br />with the location, construction, inspection, repair, replacement, removal and maintenance of such 
<br />sidewalks and hike/bike paths; provided, if such construction or maintenance requires the 
<br />removal of hard - surfacing or grassed lawns, the Granec or its contractor agrees to restore the 
<br />surface of the easement area as soon as possible to its condition prior to said construction or 
<br />maintenance work. 
<br />The panics hereto agree that the Grantors may continue to use the casement area herein 
<br />granted for any use permitted by Imv that does not interfere with the operation and maintenance 
<br />of sidewalks and hikeibike paths constructed therein.
