200206515 <br />SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />that they will install or provide at their expense the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to pave Abbey Road, Church Road, Highgate <br />Road, and Westminster Road within the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications <br />approved by the City s Director of Public Works, and subject to the City s inspection. If the <br />Subdividers fail to pave said streets, the City may create a paving district to perform such work. The <br />Subdividers agree to waive the right to object to the creation of any paving districts for such streets <br />where they abut the subdivision in they fail to pave these streets as required herein. <br />Lots Thirty Five (35) through Forty Two (42), inclusive, shall not be allowed access directly <br />onto Adams Street <br />i <br />2. Water. Public water is available to the subdivision and the Subdivider agree <br />to extend, connect and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans <br />and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision and the <br />Subdividers agree to extend, connect and provide sanitary sewer service to all lots in the subdivision <br />in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works and subject to <br />the City's inspection. Sewer connection fees of $25,355.81 are due upon the execution of this <br />agreement. <br />4. Storm Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots in the subdivision in <br />conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public <br />Iright -of -way or to other drainage systems so approved by the Director of Public Works. <br />
