200206515 SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the following improvements: 1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to pave Abbey Road, Church Road, Highgate Road, and Westminster Road within the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City s Director of Public Works, and subject to the City s inspection. If the Subdividers fail to pave said streets, the City may create a paving district to perform such work. The Subdividers agree to waive the right to object to the creation of any paving districts for such streets where they abut the subdivision in they fail to pave these streets as required herein. Lots Thirty Five (35) through Forty Two (42), inclusive, shall not be allowed access directly onto Adams Street i 2. Water. Public water is available to the subdivision and the Subdivider agree to extend, connect and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. 3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision and the Subdividers agree to extend, connect and provide sanitary sewer service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works and subject to the City's inspection. Sewer connection fees of $25,355.81 are due upon the execution of this agreement. 4. Storm Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots in the subdivision in conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public Iright -of -way or to other drainage systems so approved by the Director of Public Works.
