In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said <br />COUNTRY MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, that it will install or provide at its expense the following improvements: <br />-2- <br />
