<br />The undersigned, The Meadows Apartment Homes, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company, hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a part of

<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6`s P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br />Subdivision, said point being on the cast line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4, SEl /4); thence running
<br />northerly along the east line of said Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SWl,4, SE1 /4), on an Assumed Bearing of
