200205044 RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE The Nebraska Economic Development Corporation ( NEDCO), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, with its principal office at 2631 "O" Street, City of Lincoln, County of Lancaster, State of Nebraska, for valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby releases the property situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, described as follows: Lot 1, Grand Island Mall Eleventh Subdivision City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska from an Assignment of Lease given on that property on or about December 24th, 1997 executed by Video Kingdom of Grand Island, Inc. as Lessor, and Video, Inc., as Lessee, to the Nebraska Economic Development Corporation, a Notice of said Assignment of Lease and Agreement being recorded on December 29th, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, at Instrument No. 97- 110928, said Assignment of Lease given as security for the payment of a note executed December 24th, 1997, by Video Kingdom of Grand Island, Inc. and Video, Inc., to the Nebraska Economic Development Corporation. Additionally, in consideration of such payment, NEDCO hereby remises, releases, and forever quitclaims to Lessor and Lessee and to their successors and assigns of Lessor and Lessee, the above - described property, together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, such corporation has caused this release to be executed by its Chairman of the Board of Directors who is duly authorized by resolution of its Poard of Directors, and has caused its corporate seal to be affixed hereto on the day of , 2002.
