DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 20 205044 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust dated December 24th, 1997, executed by Video Kingdom of Grand Island, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, to Stephen Cramer as Trustee for the benefit of the Nebraska Economic Development Corporation, Beneficiary named therein, recorded on December 29th, 1997, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at Instrument No. 97- 110924, which was assigned to the United States Business Administration by an Assignment dated December 24th, 1997, recorded on December 29th, 1997, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County at Instrument No. 97- 110925, has been paid and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named herein, the undersigned Trustee does by these presence, grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to the Trustee by or through such Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises: Lot 1, Grand Island Mall Eleventh Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska Together with all buildings, fixtures, impri such premises.
