<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, P.O. Box 160, City of Grand
<br />Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is the legal owner and holder of the Promissory Note
<br />for the original sum of Two Hundred Twenty -Nine Thousand and Nol100 Dollars ($229,000.00) and of all
<br />other indebtedness secured by the trust deed, dated March 28, 2997 , made by Patrick Investments,
<br />Inc., A Nebraska Corporation, Rick S. Johnson, President, Patricia A. Johnson, Secretary, and Rick S. Johnson and
<br />Patricia A. Johnson, each in his and her own right, and as spouse of each other, jointly and severally, as individuals
<br />as trustor, to Earl Ahlschwede, as trustee, and recorded on March 31, 1997 , as Document No.
<br />97- 102304 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska.
<br />In accordance with the terms of such trust deed, you are hereby requested to reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by you
<br />under such trust deed in and to that portion of the property described in the trust deed situated
<br />in Hal I County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Lot Three (3), Theasmeyer - Neubert Subdivision, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />And Lot Two (2), Theasmeyer - Neubert Subdivision, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The making of such partial reconveyance shall be endorsed by you on such Note and
<br />trust deed, that are, with this request, presented to you for that purpose.
