<br />DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured by the trust deed, dated March 28, 1997
<br />executed by Patrick Investments, Inc., A Nebraska Corporation, Rick S. Johnson, President
<br />Patricia A. Johnson, Secretary, and Rick S. Johnson and Patricia A. Johnson, each in his and her
<br />own right, and as spouse of each other, -jointly and severally, as individuals , as trustor, to the
<br />undersigned, Earl Ahlschwede, of P.O. Box 2300, City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska as trustee, and recorded on March 31, 1997 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 97- 102304 , has been paid on April 8, 2002;
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank, formerly known as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal
<br />Savings Bank, the beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and
<br />reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to
<br />the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein, located
<br />in Hall County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Lot Three (3), Theasmeyer - Neubert Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />And
<br />Lot Two (2), Theasmeyer - Neubert Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described in the
<br />trust deed.
