200202971 <br />5. The property described in the recorded Warranty Deed referred to in paragraph <br />4 of this affidavit is actually a part of that real estate contained in the plat of Grand Island <br />Farmstead Project Second Subdivision and the following description is equivalent to that <br />contained in such recorded deed: <br />A tract of land located in Lot Two (2), Grand Island Farmstead Project, <br />Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, all in Section Thirty -Four (34), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West, of the 6`h P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as: <br />Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter, (SE <br />Corner NE1/4) of Section Thirty -Four (34), said point also being the point <br />of beginning; thence on assumed bearing of N 89123'53" W along the <br />South line of Said NEl /4 a distance of 51.04 feet; thence N 02 °57' 10" W <br />a distance of 8331 feet; theme N 03 036'52" E a distance of 110.16 feet; <br />thence N 02'49'11" W a distance of 140.24 feet; thence N 04 °08'03" E a <br />distance of 30.06 feet; thence S 89 °26'03" E a distance of 43.03 feet to a <br />point on the East line of said NE 1/4; thence S 01 °35'38" E along the East <br />line of said NEI /4 a Distance of 364.44 feet to the point of beginning. <br />FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT. <br />la&GENERAL NOTARY State Nebraska <br />ENID R.
