2002025'8 <br />portion of the Trust Property by public announcement at the time and place of sale and from time to time <br />thereafter may postpone the sale by public announcement at the time and place fixed by the preceding <br />postponement. Trustee shall deliver to such purchaser his deed conveying the property so sold, but without any <br />covenant or warranty, express or implied. The recital in such deed of any matters of fact or otherwise shall be <br />conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof. Any person, including Trustor, Trustee or Beneficiary, may purchase <br />at such sale. After deducting all costs, fees and expenses of Trustee and of this Trust, including costs of evidence <br />of title in connection with such sale, Trustee shall first apply the proceeds of sale to payment of all sums expended <br />under the terms hereof, not then repaid, with accrued interest, and then to payment of all other sums secured <br />hereby, and if thereafter there be any proceeds remaining, distribute them to the person or persons legally entitled <br />thereto. <br />19. The Truster shall be entitled to receive a copy of any notice of default and a copy of any notice <br />of sale as aforementioned to be mailed, postage prepaid, to the Truster at the address heretofore set forth at the <br />time and in the manner provided by law. <br />20. Whenever used herein, the singular number shall include the plural, the plural the singular, the <br />use of any gender shall be applicable to all genders, and the 'Beneficiary" shall include any payee of the <br />indebtedness hereby secured or any transferee thereof, whether by operation of law or otherwise. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Deed of Trust has been duly executed the day and year hereinabove <br />first written. <br />l � <br />U <br />Robert L.
