Baack; Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), being <br />the highest bidder, for the sum of $57,900.00, which sale fully complied with the requirements of said <br />statute. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee, <br />and in consideration of the sum of $57,900.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />Michael F.
