<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1007, Statutes of Nebraska, the Trustee gave written
<br />notice of the time and place of sale particularly describing the property to be sold by publication of such
<br />notice, commencing on January 16, 2002 and continuing once each week for five (5) consecutive weeks,
<br />the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of such
<br />sale, in The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 18th day of January,
<br />2002, the Trustee mailed, by certified mail, with postage prepaid, a copy of the notice of the time and
<br />place of sale, addressed to the following interested parties, to -wit:

<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1009, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 26th day of
<br />February, 2002 at 10:00 A.M., being the time and place designated in the Notice of Trustee's Sale, Arend
<br />R. Baack; Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), being
<br />the highest bidder, for the sum of $57,900.00, which sale fully complied with the requirements of said
<br />statute.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee,
<br />and in consideration of the sum of $57,900.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
