200201299 92- - U,)951 <br />15. PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. TENANT must carry <br />comprehensive public liability insurance protecting LANDLORD <br />and TENANT for all insurable claims for personal injury or <br />death in the amount of at least $500,000.00 per occurrence and <br />for property damage in the amount of at least $300,000.00 per <br />occurrence.. TENANT is to furnish LANDLORD an insurance <br />certificate evidencing the required insurance coverage. <br />16. GENERAL TERMS. Notices must be given by personal service <br />or by certified or registered mail at the last know address of <br />LANDLORD'AND TENANT. This Lease is amendable only by written <br />agreement of the parties and is binding upon LANDLORD, <br />LANDLORD'S heirs, Personal Representative and assigns and upon <br />TENANT and TENANT'S heirs, Personal Representative and assigns. <br />17.
