TENANT must carry comprehensive public liability insurance protecting LANDLORD and TENANT for all insurable claims for personal injury or death in the amount of at least $500,000.00 per occurrence and for property damage in the amount of at least $300,000.00 per occurrence.. TENANT is to furnish LANDLORD an insurance certificate evidencing the required insurance coverage. 16. GENERAL TERMS.
