Grantor conducted a sale of the real property at public auction on December 18, 2001, at <br />11:00 a.m., at the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First Street, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. Grantor accepted the bid of Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, <br />in the sum of Seventy -Five Thousand and 00 /100 ($75,000.00) as the highest bid upon said <br />real property.
