That the Trustor failed to cure the default referenced in the Notice of Default within 30 days <br />after filing of the Notice of Default. <br />4. That a Notice of Trustee's Sale was filed by Grantor on November 9, 2001, as Instrument No. <br />0200111460 of the Miscelia eus Records in tho cffioc cf the Register of Deeds of :tail <br />County, Nebraska. A copy of said Notice of the time and place of the sale was thereafter <br />mailed to all parties entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with <br />§ 76 -1008, R.R.S. Nebraska. <br />5. That Grantor as required by § 76 -1007 published Notice of Trustee's Sale to be held on <br />December 18, 2001, at 11:00 a.m. at the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First Street, <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Said Notice was published in The Grand Island <br />Independent, a legal newspaper of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, once a week for five <br />consecutive weeks commencing on November 8, 2001, and ending December 6, 2001.
