WINKLER, TRUSTEE, of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Winkler ", and CAROL A. ROEPKE, a single person, <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Roepke ", whether one \ ` <br />or more. <br />A. Winkler is the owner of certain real estate legally described as The North Half <br />(N 1/2) of Lot Five (5), Block Fourteen (14), Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said property is improved by part of a driveway running along the <br />south line thereof and a garage and part of a driveway and garage lies on the property of <br />Roepke to the south. <br />B. Roepke is the owner of certain real estate legally described as The Southerly <br />One -Half (S' /2) of Lot Five (5) in Block Fourteen (14) of Baker's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Said property is improved by part of a driveway <br />running along the northerly line thereof and a garage and part of a driveway and garage <br />lies on Winkler's property to the north. <br />C. The driveway and garage improvements on the respective properties adjoin <br />and abut each other along the common property line between the two properties. <br />D.
