In consideration of the conveyance of the property described herein to the City of Grand Island, Grantor shall receive $1.00 and other valuable consideration. To have and to hold the above described premises togetherwith all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
