WHEREAS, an Agreement for Warranty Deed was entered into on April 14, 2003, by and between the City of Grand island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, and Nebraska Mil -Nic, Inc., a corporation, for the conveyance of Lot One (1), Mil -Nic Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and WIIEREAS, such real property was included with adjacent property re- platted by Nebraska Mil -Nic, Inc. as Mil -Nic Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Such plat is dated January 21, 2003 and was recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds on January 28, 2003 as Instrument No. 0200301026; and WIIEREAS, the effect of such replat is that the subjectproperty is now legally described as Lot One (1), Mil -Nic Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement for Warranty Deed, a Warranty Deed dated April 22, 2003, was recorded with the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on April 29, 2003 as instrument No. 0200305216; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to correct the Warranty Deed to accurately reflect the new legal description of such property. -1-
