200305993 <br />Commencing at a point on the northerly line of Lot 3, Normandy Apartments Subdivision, <br />said point being 74.38 feet southwesterly from the northeast corner of Lot 3 Normandy <br />Apartments Subdivision; thence southeasterly to a point on the cast line of said Lot 3, said <br />point being 151.91 feet south of the northeast comer of Lot 3 Normandy Apartments <br />Subdivision, <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, over, and <br />across such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to excavate and refill ditches <br />and trenches, and the right to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, hedges, undergrowth, acrd <br />other obstructions from the surface of such tracts interfering with the location, construction, <br />inspection, repair, replacement, removal, and maintenance of such utilities.
