<br />and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a part of Lot Three
<br />(3) , Normandy Apartments Subdivision, the Twenty (20.0) foot wide utility easement and right -of-
<br />way being described as being Ten (10) feet either side of a line more particularly described as
