The person shall <br />also advise the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, in writing, of any changes of such <br />information between the time of the entry of the Decree of Dissolution and the payment of the <br />judgment (or child support) in full. Failure to comply shall be punishable by contempt. <br />18. In the event the person fails to pay any child support, spousal support, or medical <br />payment, as such failure is certified each month by the District Court Clerk in cases where court- <br />ordered support is delinquent in an amount equal to the support due and payable for a one -month <br />period of time, he or she may be required to appear in court on a date to be determined by the court <br />and show cause why such payment was not made. In the event that the person fails to pay and <br />appear as so ordered, a warrant shall be issued for his or her arrest. <br />19. Delinquent child support shall accrue interest at 7.375 percent per annum. <br />20.
