Petitioner is awarded real estate located at 2926 Circle Drive, Grand Island, Nebraska, and legally described as follows: Lot 9, Block 3, Stewart Place, Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Petitioner shall pay all indebtedness against the property, including the mortgage to First Union Mortgage Corporation and shall hold respondent harmless from any liability thereon. 12. Petitioner shall assume and pay, and shall indemnify and save and hold respondent harmless from any liability on the following debts: Bank of Wood River (II), Fleet (J I), Bank America (J3), U. S. Bank (J9), Prime Option (J10), and Sam's Club (J12), and any debts not specifically included on the property statement incurred by him in his own time since the date of separation of August, 1999. 13. Respondent shall assume and pay, and shall indemnify and save and hold petitioner harmless from any liability on the following debts: First U. S. A. (12), First U. S. A. Bank (J5), First U. S. A. Bank (J6), Chase (J7), fIarris Bank (J8), Pitney Works (J1 1), J. V. P. Enterprises (J13), World X Change (J 14), Pitney Works (115), and any debts not specifically included on the property statement incurred by her in her own name since the date of separation of August, 1999. 14. As additional property settlement respondent shall have judgment against the petitioner in the amount of $15,053.50. See attached balance sheet. 15. No alimony awarded. 16.
