In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said NEUMANN <br />SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />that they will install or provide at their expense the following improvements: <br />Paving. The Subdividers agree to waive the right to object to the creation of <br />any paving or repaving district for 131h Street where it abuts the subdivision. <br />2. Water.
