<br />The undersigned, Jacqueline E. Hanover, a widow, and Teddy Lechner and Imogene

<br />Assumed Bearing of N89 °08'58 "W, a distance of Seven Hundred
<br />Sixty Two and Forty Eight Hundredths (762.48) feet, to the Actual
<br />Point of Beginning; thence running S00 100'00 "E, a distance of One
<br />Thousand Three Hundred Sixteen and Eighteen Hundredths
<br />(1316.18) feet, to a point on the south line of said North Half of the
