<br />the Grantors, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other consideration, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto the

<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and
<br />remove public utilities, including but not limited to, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains,
<br />electric utility poles, overhead and underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers,
<br />and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a part of Lot Two (2)
<br />Goodwill Third Subdivision, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at apoint on the south line of [.or 2 Goodwill Third Subdivision, said point being
<br />20" east of the southwest comer Lot 2 Goodwill Third Subdivision, thence continuing east
<br />on said south line for a distance of 54.31' thence north on a line perpendicular to the south
<br />line of Lot 2 Goodwill Third Subdivision for a distance of 20' thence west on a line 20' north
<br />of and parallel to the south line of Lot 2 Goodwill Third Subdivision to apoint 20' cast of the
<br />west line of Lot 2 Goodwill Third Subdivision thence southwesterly on a line 20' east of and
