200302690 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(SEl /4NE1 /4) of Section Twenty Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), <br />West of the 6" P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />First to ascertain the point of beginning; start at a point where the northerly right of <br />way line of the Union Pacific Railroad intersects the east line of said Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEl /4NE1 /4); thence running southwesterly, <br />along and upon said northerly railroad right of way line, a distance of Three Hundred <br />(300.0) feet to a point, said point being the southwesterly comer of a tract described <br />in Warranty Deed 95- 105804, Hall County Register of Deeds Office, said point also <br />being the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence deflecting right 90'00'00" and running <br />northwesterly, along and upon the westerly fine of said Warranty Deed tract, a <br />distance of Two Hundred Seventy and Eighty Three Hundredths (270.83) feet; thence <br />deflecting left 90'00'00" and conning southwesterly, a distance of Fifteen (15.) Feet; <br />thence deflecting left 90'00'00" and running southeasterly, parallel with and Fifteen <br />(15.0) feet southwesterly of (measured perpendicular to) the westerly line of said <br />Warranty Deed tract, a distance of Two Hundred Seventy and Eight Three <br />Hundredths (270.83) feet to a point on said northerly railroad right of way line; thence <br />deflecting left 90'00'00" and running northeasterly, along and upon said northerly <br />railroad right of way line, a distance of Fifteen (15.0) feet to the ACTUAL point of <br />beginning. <br />
