200302690 EXHIBIT "A" A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEl /4NE1 /4) of Section Twenty Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6" P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: First to ascertain the point of beginning; start at a point where the northerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad intersects the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEl /4NE1 /4); thence running southwesterly, along and upon said northerly railroad right of way line, a distance of Three Hundred (300.0) feet to a point, said point being the southwesterly comer of a tract described in Warranty Deed 95- 105804, Hall County Register of Deeds Office, said point also being the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence deflecting right 90'00'00" and running northwesterly, along and upon the westerly fine of said Warranty Deed tract, a distance of Two Hundred Seventy and Eighty Three Hundredths (270.83) feet; thence deflecting left 90'00'00" and conning southwesterly, a distance of Fifteen (15.) Feet; thence deflecting left 90'00'00" and running southeasterly, parallel with and Fifteen (15.0) feet southwesterly of (measured perpendicular to) the westerly line of said Warranty Deed tract, a distance of Two Hundred Seventy and Eight Three Hundredths (270.83) feet to a point on said northerly railroad right of way line; thence deflecting left 90'00'00" and running northeasterly, along and upon said northerly railroad right of way line, a distance of Fifteen (15.0) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning.
