200302690 EASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned, JACK D. O'HAIL'k and DEANNE L. O'HARA, husband and wife, for consideration of One Dollar ($1) and other and good consideration receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto Andersen Limited, a Nebraska Partnership, whose address is 4600 N. 2 "' Avenue, Kearney, NE 68847 and to its successors and assigns, a permanent right, privilege, and easement of right of way to construct, operate, maintain, inspect, repair, remove, alter, and reconstruct utilities over and upon the following described real estate: See Exhibit "A" Andersen Limited shall have the right of ingress and egress across and along the property within the easement area for the purpose of operation, maintenance, inspection, repair, removal, alteration, and reconstruction of the utilities located thereon or thereunder. In further consideration of such grant, Andersen Limited, agrees that it will repair or pay for any damages which may be caused to the property of the undersigned by the construction, maintenance, inspection, repair, removal, alteration, or reconstruction of the utilities located thereon or thereunder. Andersen Limited agrees to take all reasonable steps to restore as nearly as possible to the condition that it was prior to the construction, maintenance, repair, removal, alteration, or reconstruction of such utilities, all land in the easement area which is damaged as a result of such activities or any of them.
