<br />(22), and the West half of Lot Twenty -one (21) of Sass Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska"
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Citicorp Trust Bank, fsb Vk/a
<br />'I ravelers Bank 8c Trust, FSB, Beneficiary of said Deal of Trust, which Decd of Trust was recorded on
<br />October 14, 1999 in Instrument No. 0099110001, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of I fall County. Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pav the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on November 8, 2002 through February 8, 2003,
<br />together with interest accruing thereon.
<br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has
<br />clected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and
<br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to
<br />satisfy said obligation_
