200302472 PREPAYMENT RIDER This Prepayment Rider is made this 24th day of February , 2003 , and is incorporated into and shall be deemed in amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trost or the Security Deed (the "Security Instrument -) of the same date given by the undersigned ( the "Borrower" ) to secure Borrower's Note the "Note" ) to FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporation ("the Lender ") of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument and located at: 228 HOLCONB STREET, GRAND ISLAND, Nebraska 68801 ADDITIONAL COVENANTS. fn addition to the covenants and agreements made in the Security instrument, Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: Except as provided below, Borrower may make a full prepayment or a partial prepayment of principal at any time without paying any charge.
