<br />A tract of land comprising the northerly Four Hundred Ninety and Forty Six Hundredths (490.46) feet
<br />of westerly Thirty (30.0) feet of the easterly Eighty (80.0) feet (measured perpendicular to the east
<br />line), of said Southeast Quarter (SE114), the southerly line of said easement being the north line of

<br />distance of Eighty (80.0) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing westerly along
