ACCESSEASEMENT <br />HIKE AND BIKE EASEMENT <br />200300053 <br />A Thirty (30.0) foot wide easement situated in the Northeast Quarter (NEi /4) of Section Eight (8), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />A tract of land comprising all of the westerly Thirty (30.0) feet of the easterly Eighty (80.0) feel <br />(measured perpendicular to the east line) of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), excepting therefrom, <br />the northerly One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty One and Ninety Three Hundredths (1,381.93) <br />feet, more or less, of westerly Thirty (30.0) feet of the easterly Eighty (80.0) feet (measured <br />perpendicular to the east line) of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), thereof, the southerly line of said <br />exception being the south line of Parcel No. 2, described in Quitclaim Deed Book 166, Page 443, <br />Hall County Register of Deeds Office, and containing 0.87 acres, more or less. <br />HB - 35: Tract 27 <br />A Thirty (30.0) foot wide easement situated in the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Eight (8), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />A tract of land comprising all of the westerly Thirty (30.0) feet of the easterly Eighty (80.0) feet <br />(measured perpendicular to the east line) of said Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4), and containing 1.82 <br />acres, more or less. <br />HB - 36. Tract 27 <br />A Thirty (30.0) foot wide easement situated in Section Eight (8), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, whose centerline is more particularly described as <br />follows. <br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at a point on the east line of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NE1 /4) of said Section Eight (8), said point being One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty One and <br />Ninety Three Hundredths (1,381.93) feet, more or less, south of the northeast corner of said <br />Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), said point being the southeast corner of Parcel No. 2, described in <br />Quitclaim Deed Book 166, Page 443, Hall County Register of Deeds Office; thence deflecting right <br />90 °57'19" and running westerly, along and upon the south line of said Parcel No. 2, a distance of <br />One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy and Thirty One Hundredths (1,870.31) feet to the ACTUAL <br />point of beginning; thence deflecting left 90o15'22" and running southerly, One Thousand Three <br />Hundred Fifty Eight and Forty Four Hundredths (1,358.44) feet; thence deflecting left 43°30'28" and <br />running southeasterly, a distance of One Hundred Fifty Three and Fifty Three Hundredths (153.53) <br />feet, thence deflecting left 14043'50" and running southeasterly, a distance of Two Hundred Twelve <br />and Five Tenths (212.50) feet to a point of curvature; thence running southeasterly, along and upon <br />the are of a curve to the right whose radius is 106.58 feet, of which, the initial tangent of said curve <br />coincides with the previously described course, a distance of Two Hundred Seven and Sixty Four <br />Hundredths (207.64) feet (long chord distance = 176.32', long chord deflecting right 55048'35" from <br />the previously described course) to a point of tangency; thence running southwesterly, along and <br />upon the southwesterly prolongation of the final tangent of the previously described curve, said <br />prolongation deflecting right 55048'35" from the chord of the previously described curve, a distance <br />of Three Hundred Forty Five and Fifty Four Hundredths (345.54) feet; thence deflecting left <br />53044'45" and running southerly, a distance of One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty One and Three <br />Tenths (1,951.30) feet to a point on the south line of said Section Eight (8), said point being One <br />Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Four and Sixty One Hundredths (1,844.61) feet west of the southeast <br />corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of said Section Eight (8), said tract containing 2.91 acres, <br />more or less. <br />HB - 37.
