200411564 LOAN #: 04- E63141 MIN: 100080190035252956 INTEREST-ONLY RIDER TO THE SECURITY INSTRUMENT THIS INTEREST -ONLY RIDER is made this 22ND day of NOVEMBER, 2004 and is incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Adjustable Rate Note (the "Note ") and the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Security Deed (the "Security Instrument ") of the same date given by the undersigned (the "Borrower ") to secure the Note to NOVASTAR HOME MORTGAGE, INC., A CORPORATION of the same date and covering the property described located at: 4261 LARIAT LANE GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803 (the "Lender ") in the Security Instrument and THIS RIDER SUPERSEDES Sections 3(A) and (B) of the Note. None of the other provisions of the note are changed by this addendum. 3. PAYMENTS (A)Time and Place of Payments I will pay interest by making payments every month for the first 60 payments (the "Interest -Only Period ") in the amount sufficient to pay interest as it accrues. I will pay principal and interest by making payments every month thereafter for the next 300 payments in an amount sufficient to fully amortize the outstanding principal balance of the Note at the end of the Interest -Only Period over the remaining term of the Note in equal monthly payments. I will make my monthly payments on the 1 st day of each month beginning JANUARY 1, 2005. 1 will make these payments every month until I have paid all of the principal and interest and any other charges described below that I may owe underthis Note. Each monthly paymentwill be applied as of its scheduled due date and will be applied to interest before principal. If on DECEMBER 1, 2034, 1 still owe amounts under this Note, I will pay those amounts in full on that date, which is called the "Maturity Date." I will make my payments at P.O. BOX 808911 KANSAS CITY, MO 64184 -8911 or at a different place if required by the Note Holder. (B)Amount of My Initial Monthly Payments Each of my initial interest -only monthly payments will be in the amount of U.S. $912.59. This amount may change in accordance with Sections 4 and 5 of this Note. Notwithstanding Section 4(C) of this Note, if the Change Date occurs during the Interest -Only Period, the new amount of the monthly payment will be the Online Documents, Inc.
