Reyes Nuno Lopez 200411106 <br />103 East 10`h Street <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />which mailing of notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and <br />I <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1007, Statutes of Nebraska, the Trustee gave written <br />notice of the time and place of sale particularly describing the property to be sold by publication of such <br />notice, commencing on October 2, 2004 and continuing once each week for five (5) consecutive weeks, <br />the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of such <br />sale, in The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />which notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 6`h day of October, <br />2004, the Trustee mailed, by certified mail, with postage prepaid, a copy of the notice of the time and <br />place of sale, addressed to the following interested parties, to -wit: <br />J. Reyes Nuno Lopez <br />103 East 10`h Street <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />which mailing of notice fully complied with the requirements of said statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1009, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 12`h day of November, <br />2004 at 10:00 A.M., being the time and place designated in the Notice of Trustee's Sale, the Trustee <br />Arend R. Baack, Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to American General <br />Finance, Inc., being the highest bidder, for the sum of $51,871.27, which sale fully complied with the <br />requirements of said statute. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee, and <br />in consideration of the sum of $51,871.27 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto American General <br />Finance, Inc., the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot One (1) and the Easterly Twelve (12) feet of Lot Two (2), in Block Twenty -eight (28), in <br />Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements, <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said American General Finance, Inc., its <br />successors and assigns forever. <br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the Grantor's title <br />and all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustor and his successors in interest and of all persons <br />claiming by, through or under him, in and to the property sold, including all such right, title, interest and <br />claim in and to such property acquired by the Trustor or his successors in interest subsequent to the <br />execution of the Deed of Trust. <br />2 <br />I <br />
