On June 2, 2004, Platinum Recovery <br />Solutions filed a Petition (Filing No. 73) claiming an interest in the property. On June 24, <br />2004, James A. Swanson and Blanche C. Swanson, husband and wife, filed a Petition <br />(Filing No. 76) claiming an interest in the property. <br />4. Household Recovery Services Corp. and Platinum Recovery Solutions have <br />released their claims to the property. <br />5.
