The Court reviews the record in this case and, being duly advised in the premises, finds as follows: 1. On December 22, 2004, the Court entered a Preliminary Order of Forfeiture pursuant to the provisions of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 846(a)(1) and 853, based upon Count II of the Superseding Indictment filed herein and the Defendant's plea of guilty. By way of said Preliminary Order of Forfeiture, the Defendant's interest in the west 148 feet of the north 55 feet of the south 110 feet of Block 4, of Koehler Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being a part of the SE1 /4SW1 /4 of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6`" P.M., and part of Lot 14 of the County Subdivision of the W1 /2SW1 /4 of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6"' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, locally known as 509 South Vine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, was subject to forfeiture. 2. That on May 6, 13, and 20, 2004, the United States published in a newspaper of general circulation notice of this forfeiture and of the intent of the United States to I certify this to be a true copy of the original record in my custody.
