The Court reviews the record in this case and, being duly advised in the <br />premises, finds as follows: <br />1. On December 22, 2004, the Court entered a Preliminary Order of Forfeiture <br />pursuant to the provisions of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 846(a)(1) and 853, <br />based upon Count II of the Superseding Indictment filed herein and the Defendant's plea <br />of guilty. By way of said Preliminary Order of Forfeiture, the Defendant's interest in the <br />west 148 feet of the north 55 feet of the south 110 feet of Block 4, of Koehler Subdivision <br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being a part of the SE1 /4SW1 /4 of Section 15, <br />Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6`" P.M., and part of Lot 14 of the County <br />Subdivision of the W1 /2SW1 /4 of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the <br />6"' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, locally known as 509 South Vine Street, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, was subject to forfeiture. <br />2.
