<br />2. On May 6, 13, and 20, 2004, the United States published in a newspaper of general
<br />circulation notice of this forfeiture and of the intent of the United States to dispose of the property
<br />in accordance with the law, and further notifying all third parties of their right to petition the Court
<br />within the stated period of time for a hearing to adjudicate the validity of their alleged legal
<br />interest(s) in said property. An Affidavit of Publication was filed herein on June 21, 2004 (Filing
<br />No. 75).
<br />3. On June 2, 2004, Household Recovery Services Corp filed a Petition (Filing No. 72)
<br />claiming an interest in the property. On June 2, 2004, Platinum Recovery Solutions filed a Petition
<br />(Filing No. 73) claiming an interest in the property. On June 24, 2004, James A. Swanson and
<br />Blanche C. Swanson, husband and wife, filed a Petition (Filing No. 76) claiming and interest in the
<br />property.
<br />4. The parties' Stipulation for Entry of Final Order of Forfeiture should be approved.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:
<br />A. The parties' Stipulation for Entry of Final Order of Forfeiture is hereby sustained.
<br />B. All right, title and interest in and to the following- described property:
<br />the west 148 Feet of the North 55 Feet of the South 110 Feet of Block 4, of Koehler
<br />Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being a part ofthe SE 1 /4S W 1 /4
<br />of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 61 P.M., and part of Lot 14
<br />of the County Subdivision of the Wl /2SW1 /4 of Section 15, Township 11 North,
<br />Range 9, West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, locally known as 509 South
<br />Vine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />held by any person or entity, is hereby forever barred and foreclosed. Said property is hereby
<br />forfeited to the United States. The United States shall immediately take title to the property, free and
<br />clear of the interests of James A. Swanson and Blanche C. Swanson, husband and wife, Household
<br />Recovery Services Corp and Platinum Recovery Solutions.
