The Court reviews the record in this <br />case and, being duly advised in the premises, find as follows: <br />1. On December 22, 2004, the Court entered a Preliminary Order of Forfeiture pursuant to <br />the provisions of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 846, 841(a)(1) and 853, based upon Count <br />II of the Superseding Indictment filed herein and the Defendant's plea of guilty. By way of said <br />Preliminary Order of Forfeiture, the Defendant's interest in the west 148 Feet of the North 55 Feet <br />of the South 110 Feet of Block 4, of Koehler Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />being a part of the SE1 /4SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6°i P.M., <br />and part of Lot 14 of the County Subdivision of the W1 /2SW1 /4 of Section 15, Township 11 North, <br />Range 9, West of the 6`'' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, locally known as 509 South Vine Street, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, was subject to forfeiture. <br />1 certify this to be a true copy c: <br />the oA a cord i my custody. <br />ZMt!EtRK <br />Deputy Clerk <br />
