<br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, Michael P. Burns, attorney for Eric H.
<br />Lindquist, Successor Trustee, did at the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's
<br />Sale, offer said property for sale at public auction, and did sell the same to Wells Fargo Bank,
<br />N.A., successor by merger to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. for the sum of $271,648.92, it
<br />being the highest bidder therefor. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wells Fargo
<br />Home Mortgage, Inc. has assigned all of its right, title, and interest in and to such bid to Grantee.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $271,648.92 so
<br />bid and paid as aforesaid, I, Eric H. Lindquist, Successor Trustee, do hereby grant and convey unto
<br />said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the estate, right, title and interest of which the
<br />said Lance A. Lambrecht and Danette J. Lambrecht, husband and wife, and their successors in
<br />interest, were seized or possessed at the time said Deed of Trust was given, or at any time
<br />thereafter, in and to the premises sold as aforesaid, to -wit:
<br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4SE1/4) of Section Four (4), Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6`h P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeast comer of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4SE1 /4);
<br />thence running southerly along the east line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NE1 /4SE1 /4), a distance of Five Hundred Fifty (550.0) feet; thence deflecting right 89 026'34" and
<br />running westerly a distance of Eight Hundred Thirty One and Sixty Four Hundredths (831.64) feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 90 033'26" and running northerly a distance of Five Hundred Fifty (550.0) feet,
<br />to a point on the north line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4SE1 /4); thence
<br />deflecting right 89 026'34" and running easterly along the north line of said Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (NE1/4SE1 /4), a distance of Eight Hundred Thirty One and Sixty Four Hundredths
<br />(831.64) feet, to the point of beginning.
<br />To have and to hold said real estate, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to said
<br />Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
