200407898 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR THE CENTERLINE OF A 30' WIDE RAILROAD TRACK EASEMENT <br />CAAP TRACT NO. 26A <br />NOTE: THE CENTERLINE OF THE EASEMENT IS INTENDED TO BE THE APPROXIMATE <br />CENTERLINE OF THE EXISTING RAILROAD TRACK <br />A Thirty (30.0) foot wide easement situated in a part of the Southwest Quarter (SWl /4) of Section Eight (8), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the centerline of said <br />easement being more particularly described as follows: <br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4), the <br />southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) also being a southerly corner of a parcel surveyed and <br />platted by Lee D. Wagner, L. S.
