In addition, the Petitioner will make available to the Respondent the schedule of the <br />minor children's school activities, be it teacher's conferences, Christmas programs or other special <br />events that the minor children participate in at school as well as any schedules as to sporting <br />activities that the minor children participate in and make those available to the Respondent in <br />advance of the activity date. <br />6. No child support is awarded at this time because of Respondent's incarceration. <br />7. The Petitioner shall have quieted in her all items of personal property currently in her <br />possession. Petitioner shall have quieted in her the 2000 Ford Daewoo, vin #KLAJC522XYK463369 <br />and the 1957 Chevrolet vin #V8575283199, subject to any indebtedness and shall hold the <br />Respondent harmless thereon. Petitioner shall also have quieted in her all checking and savings <br />accounts currently in her name, as well as, if any, stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, pensions, <br />retirement plans, annuities, IRA's and any and all life insurance policies free and clear of any claims <br />or demands of the Respondent. <br />Specifically, the Petitioner shall have quieted in her her 401k through her employment. <br />8. The Respondent shall have quieted in him all items of personal property currently in his <br />possession. Respondent shall have quieted in him the motor vehicles currently in his possession. <br />Respondent shall also have quieted in him all checking and savings accounts currently in his name, <br />as well as, if any, stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, pensions, retirement plans, annuities, IRA's <br />and any and all life insurance policies free and clear of any claims or demands of the Petitioner. <br />Specifically, the Respondent shall have quieted in him his annuity. <br />9. The Petitioner shall have quieted in her the real estate located at 1728 St. Paul Road, and <br />legally described as follows: <br />Lot Seven (7) and the Southerly Four feet (S4') of the Easterly Ninety feet (E90') of <br />Lot Eight (8), Geer subdivision of Lots Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8), of Garrett's <br />Subdivision of East Half (E1 /2) of Section Nine (9), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9), West of the Oh P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />subject to the indebtedness and shall hold the Respondent harmless thereon. <br />10. There shall be no alimony payable by either party to the other herein. <br />11. The Court finds that the division of assets and debts is fair, is not unconscionable and <br />is approved by this Court. <br />12. Each party shall be responsible for payment of their own attorney fees and court costs. <br />IV <br />
