Luther, District Judge. Petitioner was personally present in Court with her attorney, John <br />B. McDermott. The Respondent was not present nor represented by counsel. <br />The Petitioner adduced evidence and then rested. <br />T ;c Court being ful +y advised in the file and the premises finds as follows: <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter of this action. <br />2. The parties were married on August 4, 1979, and two children have been born of said <br />marriage; namely: Megan Jean Hawthorne, born January 5, 1988, and Amanda Jacqueline <br />Hawthorne, born May 4, 1990. <br />3. Neither the Petitioner nor the Respondent is a party to any other action pending in this or <br />any other Court for divorce, separation or dissolution of marriage. <br />4. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and all efforts at reconciliation have <br />failed; that the marriage of the parties should be and is hereby dissolved. 0 <br />5. The care, custody and control of the minor children, Megan Jean Hawthorne and Amanda <br />Jacqueline Hawthorne, be granted to the Petitioner, subject to rights of reasonable visitation by the <br />Respondent. <br />Each parent shall continue to have full and equal access to the education and medical records <br />of the minor children unless the court orders to the contrary and either parent may make emergency <br />decisions affecting the health or safety of the minor child while the child is in the physical custody <br />!
