<br />C. Pursuant to a Declaration of Old Walnut, a condominium (the "Condominium"

<br />D. Trustor, Beneficiary, and Trustee agree to amend the Deed of Trust in accordance
<br />with the terms of this First Amendment to Trust Deed.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises described herein and
<br />other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, Trustor, Beneficiary, and Trustee agree to amend the Deed of Trust as
<br />follows:
<br />1. The real estate portion of the Trust Estate, as described in Recital B above,
<br />is replaced with the legal description of the Condominium. Trustor, Trustee, and
<br />Beneficiary agree to substitute the legal description for the Condominium as the real
<br />estate contained in the Trust Estate which Condominium description is:
