FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCTION SECURITY AGREEMENT, <br />DEED OF TRUST, ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS, AND SECURITY AGREEMENT t3 S 0-6 <br />This First Amendment to Construction Security Agreement, Deed of Trust, <br />Assignment of Rents, andSecurity Agreement (the "First Amendment to Trust Deed ") is <br />made this --� day of J �'^`� , 2004, by Walnut Housing, Ltd., a Nebraska limited <br />partnership ( "Trustor ") for the benefit of Lincoln Federal Savings Bank, a federal savings <br />bank ( "Trustee" and "Beneficiary"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. Borrower executed and delivered to Lender the Construction Security Agreement, <br />Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents, and Security Agreement dated October 1, <br />2003, which was filed against the Trust Estate with the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on October 3, 2003, as Instrument No. 02003 -13229 (the <br />"Trust Deed "). <br />B.
