This is a legally binding agreement. If not understood, seek legal advice <br />hF rA ftukm <br />Addendum to Purchase Agreement <br />200406342 <br />All parties to this agreement acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions in addition to <br />those stated on the attached agreement to purchase: <br />This is an addendum to the purchase agreement dated November 22nd, 2003 for the property <br />located at 3324 Primrose, Grand Island NE and legally described as: Washington TWP Meadow <br />Lane Sub Lot 7 Hall Co. <br />Purchase price to be $133,500 with the buyers paying $12,000 up front, leaving a balance of <br />$121,500. Buyer and seller agree that buyer will lease the property located at 3324 Primrose, <br />Grand Island, NE. for up to 1 year. Rent will be $1200 per month and due on the 1st of each <br />month, beginning January 1, 2004. The actual amount over the sellers typical house payment, to <br />be credited back to the buyer at closing. Seller agrees to pay the house payment, insurance and <br />taxes until the time of closing. Buyer agrees to maintain the property in its current condition, <br />maintain the yard including snow removal and yard care. Buyer agrees to pay all utilities and <br />trash removal. Any repairs will be brought to the attention of the seller. Buyer and seller to sign <br />an early occupancy agreement. <br />Buyer and seller agree to extend the closing, to be on or before December 2004. Should buyer <br />choose not to exercise their purchase option, the $12,000 shall be retained by the seller.
