The parties acknowledge and agree that they have hereto- <br />fore made a division of the household goods, furnishings and other <br />personal property and each party shall have, own, retain and possess <br />such items of household goods, furnishings and other personal <br />property now in his or her possession. <br />2. Respondent shall have as his sole and separate property, <br />free and clear of any claim by Petitioner, the 1979 Buick Regal, <br />Identification Number 4W47W9Z128196. <br />3. Respondent shall have as his sole and separate property, <br />free and clear of any claim by Petitioner, the property located <br />at 318 East 1st Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, and legally de- <br />scribed as: <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Seventy -Six (76), Original <br />Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Respondent shall assume all existing liens, debts, taxes <br />and encumbrances against said real property and agrees to hold <br />Petitioner harmless therefrom. Such debts shall specifically <br />include the Mortgage in favor of Central Mortgage Corporation, <br />Account No. 1520028455, and a second Mortgage in the principal <br />sum of $2,400 in favor of ITT Financial Services, Account No. <br />59570395. <br />4. Respondent agrees to pay to Petitioner the sum of $700 <br />for Petitioner's interest in the 1979 Buick Regal. Said payments <br />shall commence on or before December 1, 1989 and shall be payable <br />in installments of $100 payable every two weeks until the entire <br />sum is paid in full. <br />-2- <br />
